2. Be more active - You will find a variety of activities and fitness classes at the Active Adult Center to get you moving including tai chi, yoga, dancing, snowshoeing and more!

3. Guard against falls - 1 in 3 older adults fall each year and falls are a leading cause of injuries among older adults. Check out drop-in classes like Balance 'N Motion and Stretching for Better Health to help prevent an injury from a fall.

4. Give your brain a workout - The Active Adult Center offers art classes, games, booktalk, and technology classes to keep your brain engaged.
