Mayor Bud Starker, City Manager, Patrick Goff, Parks and Recreation Director, Joyce Manwaring, and Todd Ruff with GH Phipps Construction Companies all spoke about the excitement this project brings to the Wheat Ridge community. Demolition of the interior of the Anderson Building has already been completed and construction is well underway. The project is scheduled to be completed by June 2019. The Anderson Building and parking lot, as well as the park pavilion are now closed to the public until further notice.
