We are experiencing a higher than expected volume of patrons making reservations at the Rec Center then failing to cancel or notify us of their inability to show up, thus taking a spot from another guest desiring that time. Demand is high for reservations and space, so please understand that we must rectify the issue to move forward with our goal of providing the best service to the greatest number of people possible.
Due to the limited capacity we must insist all patrons show up for their scheduled reservations or contact us as soon as possible should the need for cancellation exist. Please review the policies below before making a reservation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Cancellations / Refunds / Transfers / Missed Reservations
- You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours prior to your reservation by calling 303-231-1300. No cancellations within 2 hours of reservation. Online cancellations coming soon!
- Refunds will be issued as household credit for cancellations made in time.
- Reservations may be transferred to another person up to 2 hours prior to your reservation. No transfers are allowed within 2 hours of the reservation.
- NEW! Effective Wednesday, Jan. 13 - A $4 "no show" fee will be charged to individuals who do not show up for their reservation and fail to cancel within the allotted time frame. The fee will be added to your household account and must be paid before future reservations are able to be made.
If you do not show up or cancel your reservation, you will receive an email from us identifying the missed reservation and notifying you that the "no show" fee has been charged to your household account.
