Calling All Artists!
The Wheat Ridge Active Adult Center has a new Little Free Library, and it needs some ART! Books? Flowers? Rainbows? Trees? Submit your idea today!
Partnering with the Active Adult Center, the Cultural Commission is accepting submissions through Friday, September 29th. Members of the Cultural Commission, the Senior Advisory Committee and the Active Adult Center staff will review all entries with all artists notified by Friday, October 6th.
Submission consideration and requirements:
- All submissions must be family-friendly.
- Artist will submit an example of library design with as many details as possible, including an image. This includes all 4-outer sides of the box and the inside of the box. See the box on the Little Free Library website.
- Artist will need to complete the actual artwork/painting by Friday, October 20th,2023.
- Artist will be responsible for providing necessary supplies for their design.
- Contest open to anyone who lives, works, reads, or plays in Wheat Ridge.
